We have a 30-day return policy, Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it , unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at Contact@happyendings.com . If your return is accepted by our refund department , We will send a return shipping label via email , as well as an instruction guide in order for you to complete the return. Items sent back to us without return request/ Claim number will not be accepted.

Damages
All orders are thoroughly inspected by our shipping & handling department prior to delivery, However please inspect product upon reception and contact us immediately if the item arrived defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and initiate a new claim.
Exceptions/ Non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Please contact us for any exchange request, as it is handled case to case basis by our refund department.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original form of payment. Please be aware it can take 3-10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the funds.
